• Cost: SureDone is very expensive, with the most basic packages starting at $500 per month.

• Self-setup: The eCommerce platform is not suitable for self-setup, and you will need to wait for an account manager to set it up for you.

• Electronic data exchange (EDI) support: Setting up EDI with SureDone is costly, and you may need assistance with the setup.

• Fitment support: Although SureDone does provide fitment support, there is an additional cost for this feature.

• DIY vendor integrations: These are complex to set up, and you may require assistance to do so.

• Integrations: Complex custom integrations can take a long time to be built, rates vary, and development may be outsourced.

• Inventory: Spark Shipping allows you to fully automate your inventory, ensuring you never have to tell a customer you can’t fulfill an order. If any of your vendors have stock, you can access the product.

• Order routing: You can automatically route orders according to your selected routing rule, for example to the vendor with the product in stock at the lowest cost!

• Electronic data exchange (EDI): Our product offers EDI integrations that allow you to automate order processing. Spark Shipping will intelligently send orders in the correct format to your suppliers.

• Fitment support: We offer added fitment functionality for specific vendors to reduce catalog and inventory errors, allowing your customers to browse based on year, make, and model.
